If the top system works but your changer does not:
- Check the connections between the top unit and the changer to make sure they are firmly connected. The power cord from the wall outlet should be connected to the changer. The short power cord from the changer passes power to the top unit
- Unplug and check the 9-pin Bose® Link connector to ensure that there are no bent or missing pins. The changer will not operate if the 9-pin connector is damaged
- Reset the system by unplug it from power for 60 seconds. When reconnected to power “-PLEASE WAIT-“ appears on the display. Wait until the message disappears, and then retest the system Note: If there are any discs in the system, the discs should eject after the reset. The discs will automatically reload if they are not removed within 10 seconds.
